Ms. J. Kay Leonard was trained and certified by The Protocol School of Washington in McLean, Virginia. She offers classes in Tea & Etiquette. In addition to the Tea & Etiquette Programs, Ms. Leonard offers classes in Business Etiquette, Dining Skills, How to Succeed in the International Arena and "Dine Like a Diplomat". These classes are held for professionals, executives, and individuals in the Tampa Bay and surrounding areas.

Ms. Leonard has over 15 years of military, civilian, corporate, and foreign protocol experience. Ms. Leonard is a member of the St. Petersburg, FL Chamber of Commerce as owner of the CROWNING TOUCH-Etiquette/Protocol Training Services.
